At Meer Retail, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. However, we understand that there may be instances when returns or exchanges are needed, whether due to defects, sizing issues, or order mistakes. To help you through these situations, we’ve outlined our return and exchange policy below.

Exchange Conditions for Defective or Incorrect Items

Eligibility:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of shipment is required.
  • Please provide the original invoice.
  • Include clear pictures showing the defect or issue with the product.
  • Used items are not eligible for exchange.
  • No charges will apply for exchanges due to defective or incorrect items.

Exchange Conditions for Customer Errors (Incorrect Orders)

Eligibility:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of shipment is required.
  • Provide the original invoice.
  • Include a clear picture of the product.
  • Used items are not eligible for exchange.
  • A Rs 475/- charge will apply for exchanges due to customer errors.

Eligibility:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of shipment is required.
  • Provide the original invoice.
  • Include a clear picture of the product.
  • Used items are not eligible for exchange.

Charges:

  • If the size issue is due to our mistake, the exchange will be free of charge.
  • If you are requesting a size exchange based on personal preference, a charge of Rs 475/- will apply.

Color, Size, and Fabric Variations

Please be aware that there may be slight variations in color, size, or fabric texture due to different screen settings and lighting conditions. These minor differences do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Requests based solely on these variations will not be accepted.

Exchange Procedure

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Send your request to us via WhatsApp at 0328-2050320within the 7-day exchange window, along with the required details and photos.
  2. Once your exchange is approved, we will dispatch a new parcel to your address.
  3. Delivery of the exchanged item usually takes 3-5 days. Our rider will deliver it directly to your doorstep.
  4. Upon delivery, our rider will collect the returned item from you.
  5. If applicable, the exchange fee of Rs 475/- must be paid at the time of exchange.

Return Conditions

Return Procedure

  1. Send a return request via WhatsApp at 0328-2050320 within the 7-day return window, with all necessary details and images.
  2. Once approved, return the item to our office address.
  3. After we receive the returned item(s), a refund will be processed within 48 hours.
  4. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
