For orders above Rs 6,500, a 10% advance payment is required to confirm the order. This helps us cover delivery and handling costs for high-value shipments. Orders will be processed only after the advance is received.
Return & Exchange Policy

📍 Exchange Conditions
1️⃣ For Defective or Incorrect Items

2️⃣ For Customer Order Mistakes

3️⃣ For Size Issues

If the size issue is due to our mistake, the exchange is free.

📍 Color, Size, & Fabric Variations
Please note that slight variations in colour, size, and fabric texture may occur. While we strive to provide accurate information, actual colours, sizes, and fabric appearance may differ slightly. Requests for replacements due solely to these minor variations will incur additional charges, and returns based only on colour, size, or fabric differences will not be accepted.
📍 Exchange & Return Procedure
Exchange Process:
1️⃣ Send a request via WhatsApp at 0300-0605970 within 7 days.
2️⃣ Provide the required invoice & images for approval.
3️⃣ Once approved, a new item will be sent to your address.
4️⃣ The delivery agent will collect the old item at the time of exchange.
5️⃣ If applicable, the Rs 475/- fee must be paid on delivery.
Return Process:
1️⃣ Send a return request via WhatsApp at 0300-0605970 within 7 days.
2️⃣ Once approved, ship the item to:

3️⃣ After receiving the returned item, a refund will be processed within 48 hours.
4️⃣ Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
✅ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
✅ Refund processing may take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
