Return & Exchange Policy

At Meer Retail, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.


📍 Exchange Conditions

1️⃣ For Defective or Incorrect Items

Eligibility:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide original invoice & clear pictures of the defect.
  • Used items are not eligible.
  • No exchange fee applies.

2️⃣ For Customer Order Mistakes

Eligibility:

  • Request must be made within 7 days.
  • Provide original invoice & pictures of the item.
  • Used items are not eligible.
  • A Rs 475/- fee applies to cover logistics & handling.

3️⃣ For Size Issues

Eligibility:

  • Request must be made within 7 days.
  • Provide original invoice & product images.
  • Used items are not eligible.

Charges:

  • If the size issue is due to our mistake, the exchange is free.
  • If the size issue is due to customer preference, a Rs 475/- fee applies.

📍 Color, Size, & Fabric Variations

  • Please note that slight variations in color, size, and fabric texture may occur. While we strive to provide accurate information, actual colors, sizes, and fabric appearance may differ slightly. Requests for replacements due to these minor variations will incur additional charges, and returns based solely on color, size, or fabric differences will not be accepted.

📍 Exchange & Return Procedure

Exchange Process:

1️⃣ Send a request via WhatsApp at 0328-2050320 within 7 days.
2️⃣ Provide the required invoice & images for approval.
3️⃣ Once approved, a new item will be sent to your address.
4️⃣ The delivery agent will collect the old item at the time of exchange.
5️⃣ If applicable, the Rs 475/- fee must be paid on delivery.

Return Process:

1️⃣ Send a return request via WhatsApp at 0328-2050320 within 7 days.
2️⃣ Once approved, ship the item to:

3️⃣ After receiving the returned item, a refund will be processed within 48 hours.
4️⃣ Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refund processing may take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
